DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1.2. BUYER:

 

The natural or legal person who purchases products through the website (www.polyfit.net).

Address and contact information are the information declared during the order.

 

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

 

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

 

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:

 

PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

 

Product Information: Mix bathroom/sink/washbasin faucets, PVC shower hoses and related accessories.

 

Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card or Wire Transfer/EFT.

 

Delivery Address: The address specified by the buyer on the order form.

 

4. GENERAL TERMS

 

4.1. The buyer declares that they have read and are aware of the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

 

4.2. The product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated, within the time frame specified on the website, depending on the distance of the buyer's place of residence for each product, provided that this period does not exceed the legal 30-day limit.

 

4.3. The seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement in good condition, complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents and user manuals, if applicable.

 

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

 

5.2. Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs. However, this right exists for standard production batteries and hoses within the Polyfit range.

 

5.3. Important Note: Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, including the box, packaging, and any standard accessories. Returns of batteries that have been assembled, filled with water, or are scratched (used) will not be accepted, as this will render the product unsaleable.

 

6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

 

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the Seller's place of residence shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

 

1. RIGHT OF RETURN

 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The returned product must be sent in its original box, with all accessories, and without damage.

 

2. SITUATIONS WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED (Important!)

 

Returns of products are not accepted in the following cases because they have lost their resale value:

 

Assembled Products: Products where the faucet, tap, or shower hose has been assembled and water has passed through it.

 

Damaged Packaging: Products with shipping labels attached to the original box or with damaged boxes.

 

Scratches Due to Use: Key marks or scratches on the product caused during installation.

 

3. CANCELLATION PROCESS

 

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us via "info@polyfit.net" or our customer service. For orders that have already been shipped, the "Return Process" procedure will apply.

 

4. REFUNDS

 

Once the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to your card/account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's procedures.
